The Digicel Fiji Sevens and New Zealand teams will try to spoil the party of the South African Sevens team in this weekend's Scotland Sevens tournament.
South Africa only need a point to win the 2008/09 IRB World Sevens Series and to do that, they will have to reach the Cup quarterfinals.
Paul Treu's team is pooled with New Zealand, France and USA.
They will face a tough task of reaching the Cup quarterfinals and will have to beat the Kiwis, France and the USA.
New Zealand coach Gordon Tietjens is confident of defending their title for the third time and knows what to expect from South Africa, when the two clash in their final pool match on early Sunday morning.
Meanwhile, barring any upset in Pool A, South Africa could meet Fiji in the quarterfinals, but if South Africa finishes as runner-up.
Both Fiji and New Zealand have thought to spoil their party by winning this tournament where South Africa are not only after one point but to win the Scotland Sevens as well and celebrate their first ever series victory in a big way.
But if they fail to get the one point and England goes onto win the tournament, they will win the Series.
The Scotland Sevens tournament kicks off tomorrow evening at 8:35.
