This is the message in the Digicel Fiji 7s camp as they depart Suva this afternoon for Nadi.
Assistance Coach Etuate Waqa said the team has been preparing well for the last two legs.
Waqa said that the tournament is getting tougher every year and that consistence will be the main factor.
The team is expected to leave for Scotland tomorrow.
The Scotland tournament will be played on the 6th and 7th of next month.
