As New Year celebrations continue around the country, people have been seen celebrating the day mostly with family and friends at their homes or at picnic spots.
A number of people were also seen preparing lovo and BBQ at their homes for lunch and dinner.
Many that we spoke to said that they prefer having family gathering on New Years Day.
