South African 7s player and the current World 7s player of the year Seabelo Senatla leads the charts for the most number of tries and points scores after the first leg of the 7s series.
At the Dubai 7s, Senatla scored 11 tries and has amassed 55 points.
English flyer Dan Norton is second with 9 tries and 45 points.
A total of 268 tries were scored at the Dubai 7s last weekend.
Meanwhile, South Africa is in Pool A with Australia, USA and Russia while England is in Pool C with New Zealand, Argentina and Canada.
