Three men charged with two counts of aggravated robbery have been further remanded in custody by the Suva High Court.
Pita Domoni, Lemeki Serutia and Malakai Toka stole assorted items and cash to the total value of $13,278.00 on 30th December last year in Samabula.
Defence lawyer Lavenia David informed the court that Serutia has been released from custody whist a pending custody order was in place.
Judge Justice Salesi Temo has ordered that David seek assistance of the corrections services in this matter.
The case has been adjourned to the 9th of February next year.
