Former Ba, Nadroga and Suva soccer team goalkeeper Afroz Nabi has passed away.
The 35-year-old was also part of the Fiji Olympians team and the national squad in the early 2000’s.
The highlight of his career was winning a gold medal with the national team at the South Pacific Games in Suva in 2003.
He will be laid to rest today at 12.30pm at Maururu Muslim Cemetery in Ba.
