A 42-year-old Corrections Officer charged with a count each of grievous harm and abduction had his bail extended by the Suva Magistrates Court today.

It is alleged that Trevor Raiwalui abducted a 31-year-old man in Suva and tortured him at the Naboro Prison compound on 21st May 2011.

Magistrate Priyantha Liyanage has adjourned the case to 20th April for hearing.
