A 27-year-old ATS Porter who has been charged with a count of Indecent Assault has been granted bail by the Nadi Magistrates Court this afternoon.
27-year-old Dipikesh Reddy has been granted a $500 bail bond.
Reddy and the 19-year-old victim who is a Security Officer were working together when it is alleged that Reddy touched the victim’s breast.
The alleged incident occurred in November last year at the Nadi Airport International Departures Baggage Area.
The case has been called on the 19th of this month for mention.
