A man charged with obtaining financial advantage by deception has been ordered to file a formal bail application tomorrow.

It is alleged that 41-year-old Etuate Rakavono dishonestly obtained $1,700 cash from a person by selling him a piece of land.

Police Prosecutor Setareki Mocevakaca has served full phase disclosures while the Rakavono opted to represent himself.
