A man charged for the rape of his 5-year-old nephew has been further remanded in custody.

It is alleged that the 25-year-old man raped his nephew on 16th July last year in Nausori.

Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza has set the trial date from the 6th to the 17th of May next year.

The case has been adjourned to the 1st of February for agreed facts.
