Police say they do not expect to file charges against the girlfriend of a gunman who killed 58 people in Las Vegas in October.

Marilou Danley the girlfriend of gunman Stephen Paddock was previously a person of interest in the case.

Sheriff Joe Lombardo says police still do not know the motive for the mass shooting.

Paddock opened fire on hundreds of concert goers from a 32nd floor window of the Mandalay Bay hotel.

It was the deadliest mass shooting in modern US history.
