Roy Krishna scored the winning goal as his Wellington Phoenix side shocked second‑placed Newcastle 3‑2 in the A-League at McDonald Jones Stadium last night.
The Phoenix were two ahead in the 58th minute when Krishna scored off a Nathan Burns cutback.
The Phoenix now has 14 points but remain last on the table.
