All defence lawyers have objected to the amended information filed by the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions in the case of Fiji Times Limited and others.
This matter was called today in the Suva High Court before Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.
It is alleged that Josaia Waqabaca, Anare Ravula, Fred Wesley, Hank Arts, and the Fiji Times Limited made, or caused to be published, a seditious statement in the Nai Lalakai newspaper.
Defence counsels have been given time till the 22nd of this month to file their submissions.
The matter has been adjourned to the 1st of next month for hearing.
