The National Federation Party has announced their second batch of provisional candidates a few minutes ago.
Some of the provisional candidates include the former Deputy Mayor of the Suva City Council and former councillor of NFP and the former SDL Party, Jiosefa Gavidi, current NFP MP, Parmod Chand, Riddhi Damodar, Seini Nabou, Herbert Pickering, Tuinadave Radogo, Priyanka Ram, Leslie Tikotikoca, Savneel Sangeet and Apenisa Vatuniveivuke.
NFP has now announced 41 provisional candidates.
One provisional candidate, Romanu Tikotikoca withdrew his candidacy after rape allegations levelled against him. He has said that he will take legal action to clear his name as he claims the allegations are false.
