Police have confirmed that a suspect remains in custody at the Totogo Police Station after a high-speed chase along Delainavesi early this morning which resulted in a private vehicle veering off the Tamavua‑i‑wai Bridge.

The incident happened after 5 this morning.

 

Police say that a well-known suspect was in the vehicle.

Police were chasing the private vehicle which allegedly had several robbery suspects on board.
