A 26‑year‑old man who pleaded not guilty to a count each of burglary, rape, sexual assault and aggravated robbery will appear in the Suva High Court today.

Niko Rakara Levula is alleged to have raped a 37‑year‑old woman after breaking into her house.

He is also alleged to have stolen assorted items and cash to the total value of $200.

High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo has set Levula’s trial date for the 11th to the 19th of February next year.
