82yr-old man found guilty of raping his 8-year-old and 11-year-old granddaughters

An 82-year-old man has been found guilty of four counts of rape by Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.

The man raped two of his granddaughters who are 8 and 11 years old.

The incident occurred between the 3rd of December 2016 and 26th of March 2017 in a settlement in Tailevu.

The man will be sentenced tomorrow.
