Suva High Court Judge Justice Vinsent Perera will deliver his judgment today after all three assessors returned with a guilty opinion for Imshad Izrar Ali who is charged for the murder of his partner.

Ali is charged with the murder of his 34 year old partner at their Howell Road home in Suva in 2009.

The deceased who was a kindergarten teacher was strangled to death inside her home.

The judgment will be delivered at 2.30pm.
