Jarryd Hayne scored two tries to lead the Eels to a victory of 20‑14 over the Cowboys in an NRL match last night.

Playing his first match since round seven, Hayne showed no ill effects of the problematic hamstring injury that had limited him to just four games in his return to Parramatta.

Meanwhile in other matches the Roosters defeated the Knights 18-16 while the Warriors thrashed the Sea Eagles 34-14.

In today’s matches, the Sharks will face the Tigers at 4pm while the Storm will face the Broncos at 6.10pm.
