Nasinu Magistrate Charles Ratakele will deliver his ruling today on the bail application of 54-year-old Peter Fong who was found in possession of 4.6 grams of methamphetamine at his home in Nasinu.

Prosecution has objected bail as Fong had re-offended whilst being on bail.

Peter Fong who is charged with one count of unlawful possession of illicit drugs had applied for bail on Monday.
