A Suva lawyer and another suspect are in Police custody after the lawyer was allegedly found in possession of a white substance which is believed to be hard drugs.

Police Chief of Investigations and Intelligence, ACP Vakacegu Toduadua says the lawyer and another suspect were taken in from a  hotel last night.

Police conducted the raid at the hotel after a tip off.

They are now awaiting the drug test results before deciding on whether charges will be laid.
