Justice Riyaz Hamza finds man gulity of raping his 13-year-old neighbour

High Court Judge Justice, Riyaz Hamza has found a man guilty of raping his 13-year-old neighbour in Suva.

The incident occurred in September 2015.

Justice Hamza says that he agrees with the assessors unanimous guilty verdict.

The case has been adjourned till tomorrow for sentence hearing
