Supervisor of Elections Mohammed Saneem has taken legal action against former SDL and Fiji Labour Party executive, Shailendra Raju for making defamatory comments against Saneem’s parents.

Saneem says there is a line when it comes to personal issues and his family.

The writ of summon against Shailendra Raju was issued late last week.
