Solomon Islands U16 team beat Fiji 3-1 in their OFC Under 16 Championship SFs

The Solomon Islands Under 16 soccer team has beaten Fiji 3-1 in their OFC Under 16 Championship semi-finals.

Solomon Islands was leading 2-0 at half-time.

They have now qualified for the FIFA Under 17 World Cup next year.

In the second semi-final Tahiti will play New Zealand.
