The plea of SODELPA representative Jale Baba has been deffered to the 22nd of next month.

Baba’s plea was supposed to be taken today but the court has been informed that Baba is in the hospital after suffering a stroke.

Baba has been charged by FICAC with a count of making a false statement.

It is alleged that Baba published falsified Voter Lists and other false information related to that list on Facebook between August and October this year.
