High Court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe will sum up the case of Amani Masikerei on Monday who is alleged to have cultivated more than 1000 kilograms of Marijuana.

It is alleged that 25-year-old Masikerei cultivated marijuana on Kadavu on the 13th of January this year.

After the case is summed up, the three assessors will retire behind closed doors to deliberate on their opinion.
