The driver alleged to have caused the death of two men in Lautoka will be produced in the Lautoka Magistrates Court today.
It is alleged the vehicle he was driving veered off the road and hit a tree at the junction of Natabua and the Queens Road last Thursday.
The two deceased men were traveling in the same vehicle.
He has been charged with two counts of dangerous driving Occasioning grievous bodily harm.
Meanwhile, Police say the bus driver alleged to have caused the death of a 30-year-old man in Walu Bay was interviewed and released as investigations continue.
Police say the road death toll currently stands at 64 compared to 61 for the same period last year and speeding and drunk driving continue to be a major concern.
