Ba is the new champion of the 2018 Pillay Garments Champion vs Champion series after they defeated Lautoka by 2-1.

The Men in Black have won their 20th CVC title although they had last won the CVC title in 2014.

Lautoka Captain Samuela Drudru scored in the sixth minute of play to lead Ba 1-0.      

Ba equalized in the next three minutes with a goal from Darold Kakasi.

At half time both teams were locked at 1-all.

Ba took a 2-1 lead following a sensational goal by Captain Malakai Tiwa in the sixteenth minute of the second half.

Ba Coach gave all credit for the win to the players for their hard work and sacrifice.

Ba won $5000 after defeating Lautoka.

This is Ba’s 91st title in Fiji soccer.
