The Suva High Court has dismissed the appeal by a man who has been convicted and sentenced to one count of sexual assault.
The man was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment by the Nausori Magistrates Court and a non-parole period of 6 years was also set.
The man had appealed against his conviction and sentence.
He had indecently assaulted a woman in June, 2013 in Nausori.
