Captain Dane Coles showed exceptional leadership as he scored two first half tries while James Blackwell scored one try.
Folau Fainga'a and Tom Wright scored a try each for the Brumbies.
In other matches last night the Rebels defeated the Highlanders 24-19.
Meanwhile, in the matches tonight, the Chiefs will play the Sunwolves at 6.35 while the Crusaders will play the Reds at 8.45.
The Lions will play the Bulls at 1.05am tomorrow, the Sharks play the Stormers at 3.15am while the Jaguares will play the Blues at 9.40am tomorrow.
