Man charged with one count of rape pleads not guilty

A man charged with a count of rape has pleaded not guilty before Suva High Court Judge, Justice Daniel Goundar.

It is alleged that he raped a girl under the age of 13 on the 1st of July 2012 in Namosi.

The case has been adjourned to the 29th of April for Pre-Trial Conference.
