FMF Foods Limited will be looking for about 50 employees from the upcoming National Job Fair which is being set up by the Ministry of Employment and the Fiji Higher Education Commission.
FMF Managing Director Ram Bajekal stated during the launch of the National Job Fair that they are looking for employees who are passionate about factory work.
Bajekal says that during the Fair, people will get to the chance to speak with their employees from all levels of the organization rather than just the HR and recruitment people.
He adds that they are looking for people who not only have a passion to work but those that have the will to do the works with little or no supervision.
The FMF Managing Director advices young people that they should not accept any job offers for the sake of employment but accept an employment which they are passionate about and something that they can build a career on.
The National Job Fair will include more that 30 organizations such as FMF, ANZ, Fiji Airways, USP, FNU others and is schedule to take place at the FMF Gymnasium on the 24th and 25th of this month.
