Suva continues to lead the overall medal tally of the Fiji Games with 51 gold, 59 silver and 45 bronze.

Nadi is in second place with 24 gold, 18 silver and 18 bronze while Rotuma is in third place with 20 gold, 7 silver and 9 bronze.

In today’s competition, the Suva team collected three gold medals from the yachting competition.

Suva’s gold medals came from Xiaoming Cao who won two gold in the optimist male race and the overall Optimist race winner.

Their third gold medal came from Nelle Leenders who won gold in the laser 4.7 race.
