Four men who allegedly stole $10,000 worth of items on Saturday night are in custody after they were intercepted by Police.

Police say the men are alleged to have broken in to the Courts Fiji outlet located in Vaileka, Rakiraki and stole items worth up to $10,000.

They say a getaway vehicle was also seen at the premises to transport the alleged stolen goods when police officers from Rakiraki intercepted the group.

The four suspects all in their 20s were arrested and all items alleged to have been stolen have been recovered.

Police say they are currently being kept at the Rakiraki Police Station as investigations continue.
