Two men who pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary and theft have been given a second chance by High Court Judge Justice Aruna Aluthge.
They stole assorted items worth about $1,000 from a house in Waila Housing in January this year.
Inia Poate was sentenced to 6 months’ imprisonment and that has been suspended for 2 years while Senitiki Tuvou was sentenced to 8 months’ imprisonment which has been suspended for 2 years.
If the two men are convicted of any offence in the next two years, the suspended sentence may be activated.
