People living in parts of Labasa will be experiencing low to no water supply from tonight till repairs to a burst main along the pipeline from the Benau Water Treatment Plant to the Volanau Reservoir are complete.
The Water Authority of Fiji says they are working around the clock to identify and repair the suspected leakage.
The affected areas include Vunivau, Basoga, Soasoa, Batinikama, Vatunibale Depot, Vatunabale Government Quarters area, Vitadra, Prince Andrew Road, Mani Road, Boca, Urata, Anuve, Dreketilailai, Boubale and Siberia Area.
Water supply is expected to gradually normalise once repairs to the leakage are complete.
