England Captain Eoin Morgan says they are not cracking under the pressure of being hosts and favourites for the Cricket World Cup.

This comes after a demoralising defeat by defending champions Australia by 64 runs this morning.

Morgan admitted that confidence is not where it was at the start of the tournament adding it's a matter of producing a performance in one, if not in both of the next two games.

England now need to beat both India and New Zealand both of who have been unbeaten in the tournament so far, to ensure semi‑final place.

Australia will now play New Zealand at 12.30am this Sunday while England will play India at 9.30pm this Sunday.

Meanwhile, New Zealand will play Pakistan at 9.30 tonight.

The group stage format is a round robin, where all ten teams play each other once, in a single group.

This means a total of 45 matches will be played, with each team playing a total of nine matches.

The top four teams from the group will progress to the semi finals.

Australia currently lead the points table,New Zealand are in second place, India in are third place while England come in fourth.
