The plea of SODELPA representative Jale Baba will be taken on the 14th of next month.
The court has been informed that Baba is now fit to take his plea.
Baba had suffered from a stroke last year.
He has been charged by FICAC with a count of making a false statement.
It is alleged that Baba published falsified Voter Lists and other false information related to that list on Facebook between August and October last year.
