A 16-year-old boy who allegedly raped his 11-year-old cousin in a settlement in Sigatoka appeared before High Court Judge, Justice Vinsent Perera yesterday.
The juvenile is charged with a count each of rape, sexual assault and indecent assault.
The alleged incident occurred in June this year.
The State lawyer has sought time to file information.
The boy has been remanded at the Boys Centre and the case has been adjourned to the 20th of this month.
