Tuwai is regarded as one of the best 7s players and gets his third straight nomination.
He was instrumental last season as he helped Fiji win the HSBC World Sevens Series.

Tuwai scored 24 tries last season.
He has been nominated alongside USA duo Stephen Tomasin and Folau Niua.
Meanwhile, New Zealand’s Ruby Tui, Sarah Hirini and Tyla Nathan-Wong have been nominated for the Women’s 7s Player of the Year Award.
