SODELPA representative, Jale Baba who was charged by FICAC last October with a count of making a false statement will have his case called on the 2nd of next month.
It is alleged that Baba published falsified Voter Lists and other false information related to that list on Facebook between August and October last year.
Baba had earlier pleaded not guilty to one count of Making a False Statement for allegedly publishing falsified Voter Lists and other false information related to that list on Facebook last year.
Baba's presence in court today was excused due to his condition as he had suffered a stroke last year.
