A hearing date has been set to hear the strikeout application made by Water of Authority of Fiji in the case of former Chief Executive Officer, Opetaia Ravai.
Ravai has taken the Water Authority of Fiji to court for unfair and unjust dismissal.
The matter was called today before Justice Anjala Wati in the Suva High Court.
Ravai’s contract as the Chief Executive Officer of Water Authority of Fiji was discontinued in December 2017.
The hearing will take place on the 30th of this month.
