31 teams from 16 countries will be participating at this year’s Oceania 7s Tournament.
Defending Men’s Oceania 7s champion the Fiji Airways Men’s National team is pooled with New Zealand, Japan SDS, New Caledonia and Niue in this year’s tournament.
In Pool B is Samoa, Cook Islands, Solomon Islands, Tuvalu and Papua New Guinea while Australia will lead pool C with Tonga, Nauru, American Samoa and Vanuatu.
The regional qualifiers will also be held during the three day tournament where pacific teams will battle it out for a spot in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
A total of 484 players will be participating in 81 matches during the three day tournament.
The Oceania 7s Tournament will be held from the 7th to the 9th of November at the ANZ Stadium.
