Heavy rain has caused flooding in the Narere Riverside area.

A resident, Habid Ali confirms flood waters had risen to about 5 feet at around 3 o'clock this afternoon but the water level had gone down when rain stopped.

Ali says the water level is beginning to rise again as heavy rain continues.

The flood water level is almost 3 feet now.
