The Rewa U14 soccer team have won the Vodafone Primary Schools IDC after beating Labasa 3-0 on penalties.
Rewa had earlier beaten Northwest Nadroga 1-0 in the semi-final.
Meanwhile, in another semi-final Labasa had beaten Ba 4-3.
