The Black Ferns Development side has beaten Fijiana 15s side 53-nil in their first match of the 2019 Oceania Rugby Women’s Championship.
Australia and New Zealand have already qualified for the 2021 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand and if they progress to the knock out stages of the tournament, the highest-ranked team will qualify for the Rugby World Cup.
Fiji Airways Fijiana XV's are the defending champions of the tournament and will hope to win once again and also qualify for the 2021 World Cup.
Fijiana will now play Samoa at 4pm on Friday.
The Samoan team beat Papua New Guinea 65-12 earlier today while the match between Australia A and Tonga was cancelled due to a measles scare.
