WBC Heavyweight Champion Deontay Wilder has described himself as the "hardest hitter in boxing" after his seventh-round knockout of Luis Ortiz yesterday.
Ortiz had dominated the first six rounds, but was knocked out by a stunning right hand from the Bronze Bomber.
The win was Wilder’s 42nd win from 43 fights, 41 of which have come from knockouts.
Wilder says he thinks he has earned the respect to say he is the hardest-hitting puncher in boxing history.
Wilder says he has time and again proven himself and has given people great fights and great knockouts.
This was Wilder’s 10th successful defence of his WBC belt, which he has held since January 2015.
