A restaurant and an office space along Nasinu Road in Valelevu were destroyed in a fire last night.

Firefighters from the Valelevu Fire Station were quick to respond to the scene and started battling the blaze from around 6 o’clock last night.

They managed to contain the fire just after 7 o’clock and stopped it from spreading to the shops nearby.

The National Fire Authority is investigating the cause of the fire
