The Lautoka High Court has issued a production order for 28-year-old Josaia Vukivuki who allegedly murdered 22-year-old Hashneel Sharma in Natokowaqa, Lautoka last month.
Vukivuki who is from Natokowaqa was remanded in custody when he first appeared in court however he failed to appear in the Lautoka High Court today.
Vukivuki is charged with a count of murder.
The case has been adjourned to the 19th of this month.
Police had earlier said that four men were taken into custody but the other three were questioned and released.
Sharma’s body was found at the back of an old service station.
