A former Immigration Officer appeared in the Suva Magistrate Court today, charged with one count of bribery.

Alberta Sautu was charged by FICAC alongside Yuen Yei Ha who also faces a count of Bribery.

It is alleged that Sautu accepted advantage of $500 from Yuen on 12 January last year on account of her performing an act in her capacity as a public servant.

The two have been granted bail and the case will be called again on the 16th of next month.
